Founder’s Message
As the founder of PRIME ACADEMY, I am passionate about providing quality education that inspires and motivates students to reach their full potential. With a team of dedicated educators, we strive to create a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
I am Rita Ashtikar a passionate/multifaceted professional with over 20 years of experience in education and engineering. Holding the master’s degree in mechanical engineering my journey includes more than 17 years of academic teaching at prestigious engineering colleges and also school students, with two and half years’ experience in project engineering and quality control roles within the industry.
I have taught a wide range of subjects in the field of engineering as well as school students, my passion for teaching goes beyond the traditional classroom setting as I am also the founder of a successful coaching centre, this experience has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to education ensuring that my students receive personalized attention and guidance.
Having an extensive background in Mechanical engineering I am able to provide the real world examples and practical application to illustrate theoretical concept this approach not only enhances students understanding but also prepares them for future professional challenges. I look forward to embarking on this educational journey with you and helping you unlock your true potential
